RE: [famous_quotes] Understanding

Adam,
The quote is a common big business saying, apparently originally stated
by Ken Blanchard. It seems it is a technique that businesses use to
encourage customers to give them feedback about a product or service so
that they can make it better. In other words, "We always enjoy hearing
from our customers. Please call us with your questions, comments or
complaints." On a personal level, I think it could be liked to saying
take the constructive criticism that you receive as food for thought.
Ponder it first thing and work on it all day. It will prove food for
thought for the whole day and you will be better for it. Easier said
than done!!
I hope this is helpful to you,
Leslie S.

Does anyone recognise this?

I really need to know who came up with this, thanks
