For those of you that don't know, wrestling is a sport that not only
requires your body to be in excellent physical conditioning, but
requires your mind to be just as prepared. It is only one wrestler
against another. No one to help you out of a tough spot, no one to pass
the ball off to if you are unsure, and no one to blame the loss on
except yourself.
Your mind has to be filled with confidence and fear has to be overcome
before every single match, or the wrestler will lose in his mind before
even stepping on the mat.
I am looking for as many quotes as possible that express positive
thinking and confidence. Our wrestling club consists of 6 to 14 year
olds that need to learn how to be confident as well as in great physical

practice room.
