[ world famous recipes ] RECIPE: Pesto Chicken Alfredo - not tried
Pesto Chicken Alfredo
1 lb. cut up into 1-inch cubes skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. Classico® Creations Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
8 oz. (2 cups) sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced green onions
1 jar (17 oz.) Classico® Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce1 package (12 oz.)
Fettuccine
Cook fettuccine as package directs, drain.
In bowl, combine chicken and 3 tablespoons pesto. In nonstick skillet
combine coated chicken, mushrooms and green onions; cook and stir over
medium high heat until chicken is no longer pink.
Stir in Four Cheese Alfredo sauce; heat through.
Serve with hot fettuccine and additional pesto.
Yield: Not given.
