Joplin Sirloin Steak
3 - pounds Sirloin Steak
4 - tablespoons butter
2 - tablespoons dry mustard
2 - tablespoons paprika
1 - teaspoon salt
1 - teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 - tablespoon olive oil
1 - tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 - tablespoon parsley, minced
Prepare Grill to Medium Heat.
Trim excess fat from steak, and wipe dry. Make a paste of butter,
mustard, paprika, salt and pepper. Rub on both sides of steak. Let
seat for 15 minutes.
Place steak on grill and cook for 5 minutes. Brush side with a
mixture of olive oil and Worcestershire sauce.
Turn, let cook for 5 minutes. Brush with oil and Worcestershire
sauce.
Turn and cook for 3 minutes, brush with oil. Turn again and cook
for 3 minutes, brush with oil.
To check for doneness: cut the center with a sharp knife.
Garnish with minced parsley.
