1 - 1 lb. package Ziti or Rotini

1 lb Lean Ground Beef -- OR 1 lb Bulk Italian Sausage, cooked
3 cups Pasta Sauce -- your choice

4 cups Mozzarella Cheese -- shredded

Parsley -- fresh chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare pasta as package directs. In large
bowl, combine
pasta, beef or sausage, pasta sauce and 2 cups cheese. Mix well. Turn into
greased 13x9
inch baking dish and cover. Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover
and top
with remaining 2 cups cheese and parsley. Bake 10 minutes longer or until
cheese melts.
Note: If making this dish for OAMC (to freeze for later use) slightly
undercook pasta
before mixing casserole.
Makes 12 servings
